Thali Easton, is a cosy family friendly space that seats up to fifty people serving healthy and delicious Indian food and tiffin takeaway. Easton is a community minded neighbourhood and one of the few parts of Bristol without a generic national-chain coffee shop.
Thali is an award-winning restaurant renowned for producing simple food full of exotic flavours, using local, seasonal produce and traditional Indian techniques.
The word “Thali” refers to the way meals are eaten in India – where a selection of healthy, delicious and nutritious dishes are served together on one plate – and also to the stainless steel, compartmentalised dishes they’re served on.

Such a great, tasty curry without feeling over-full when we left. Lamb was tender and beautifully spiced and was accompanied by complimentary dishes that made it sing. Well done Thali!

We turned up without booking, to celebrate a very special birthday. We ordered sparkling wine to celebrate the special occasion but were told the table next to us had just taken their last bottle.
They only stocked one type of sparkling and we were asked to select something else (non-sparkling) instead.
On hearing of our celebration, they went to the shop and bought some more sparkling for us.
They even bought a surprise pudding with a candle in and sang happy birthday after the meal. They made it a lovely night, thank you all so much.

WE BELIEVE IN REAL BREAD
We are an award winning small open plan bakery, in the heart of Easton.
Alongside our bread we also produce award winning cake. We rotate a lot of our cakes seasonally, but keep a staple of popular favourites such as salted rye cookies, cherry marzipan and ginger cake. Again the focus is always on the best possible ingredients and never compromising on quality.
And yes it is hard to fight temptation when we’ve always got chocolate brownies in sight!
